Jan Draher
Jan contributes twenty-seven years of collection, management and customer service experience. This includes
thirteen years as the General Manager for CB Accounts, Inc. corporate office
and now as President.
She has played an integral part in the
growth of the company. Jan started and oversaw a
pre-collection program for many clients; She was the first
employee to run the dialer system for CBA in 1987; and she was among
the first employees to pass the FDCPA certification
program conducted by the ACA (American Collectors
Association).
