Chris Hanson
Chris Hanson has 18 years experience in the collection industry, ranging from an entry-level legal assistant to her current position as General Manager of Support Services. In her previous positions as Client Satisfaction Supervisor, Central Processing Manager, and Payment Manager, Chris has been involved in several aspects of our business including human resources, financial services, education and training of support personnel, and writing and implementation of procedures and job descriptions. As General Manager, her responsibilities include all aspects of payments, legal operations and management.
